The reservation may not be transferred from one yacht to another yacht.
The reservation may not be transferred from one year to another year unless 60 days notice is given to the Marina Management.
The reservation will not be confirmed unless the Advance Payment made.
Reservation cancellation clauses;
- If the reservation is cancelled with 90 days notice before the arival date the deposit will be refunded in full.
- If the reservation is cancelled within 90-60 days notice before the arrival date 75% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the reservation is cancelled within 59-31 days notice before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the reservation is cancelled with 30 days notice before arrival date, no refund will be made.
